"OUR SECRET"
BUTTERMILK PANCAKE RECIPE

1 Quart Churn type Buttermilk
1 ounce Soda
(Mix)
Add 2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Sift 1 pound hard wheat flour with
Add 1/4 Cup Salad Oil
1 ounce Baking Powder
Stir in Buttermilk and Soda. Add 1 yeast cake (dry or moist).
Whip 10 eggs to a light froth (10-20 minutes on electric mixer). Fold in. Set in refrigerator overnight.
In the morning add 1 Cup Heavy Cream. Stir.
Bake.
Will keep a week or more in refrigerator.
