The sign in front of the phone booth advertises another booth, the Analog Web Surfing booth.

(The box at the foot of the phone booth served as Analog Voice Mail. It had a pad & pen inside for important message-leaving.)

The booth is actually an old voting booth. Inside the booth was the world's first Analog Web Browser and hundreds of Analog Web Pages.
