When the NBC producer first called, I specifically asked not to be mentioned in the story. He promised to leave me out of it.
Amazingly, he kept his word.
(Anyone who has been double-crossed by malicious and/or careless journalists -- and I have -- knows how amazing and rare that really is.)
All they showed were a couple of screenshots from my site. That was good.
What is most important, they got helicopter footage of our quartz phone number handiwork (before the National Parks Service spitefully destroyed it -- speaking of malicious, careless entities).
